They forget sauces, napkins, and items 75% of the time
Staff are mostly kind through the drive-thru. Not so much when you go inside, forget the days of actually talking with someone, as you're forced to use the self-ordering kiosks inside. They commonly glitch and display strobing, and the touch features don't always respond.
The smell inside is funky? Like their grease pit needs to be pumped out, or the bathrooms are in trouble. Smells the worst by the strobe-like order kiosks.
Hard-shell tacos are always broken, so be aware if you're eating in the car, as it's messy. Portion sizes are smaller, and custom orders are minimized. If you order *extra* of something, it's not even noticeable, a meager attempt, if you will.
Highlights: soda machines are clean and functioning, and lids and straws are available.
The condiment island is clean, well-stocked, and organized. It seems petty, but whoever filled it did a really nice job of organizing it, and it's not simply just tossed full of items. The dining area was clean with plenty of seating available.
Always obtain your receipt in case items are missing.

Ok. We all know Taco Bell isn't the best Mexican food to start with. But it's kind of a guilty pleasure of ours right? This Taco Bell is hands down, the WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to. It didn't used to be like this at this location, but whoever they have running the kitchen and making food needs to be fired. The last order I made here (and the last one I'll ever make at this location) was an online order for one of the family deals that comes with 2 crunch wraps, 2 quesadillas, 4 tacos.
The crunch wraps were mostly tortilla and crunchy shell. There were very minimal toppings on half of it, the other half was nothing. Empty. The quesadillas were wadded up in a ball jammed in the bottom of the wrapper they come in. When I pulled them out and unrolled them, they were basically a grilled tortilla. No cheese in them, a dot of sauce, and about 2-3 small pieces of chicken. Not cut, either. If all the ingredients were scooped up and put together from both quesadillas, you'd probably have about 1/8th of an actual (yet cheeseless) quesadilla. The tacos were not folded before putting them in the wrapper. However, they actually put the ingredients in these. What a mess that was to go through! There was one taco that looked like it was made correctly. It was separate in the bag from the others - and it was soaking wet.... All in all, nothing in my order was edible. It all went in the trash.
For the record, I went here two other times before this, and it was also really bad. Each visit got progressively worse than the last. After my last visit, I'm not interested in spending my money there to see if they've improved. This location is officially on my "avoid" list. And on the top of it, at that.

I think her name is Adriana. Cashier idk she was logged into someone else’s # a Carlos g.. very bad attitude I find her I had the change she said I already put it in. Then tossed the money in my hand walked off. I then asked for her manager she was almost refusing asking what for blah blah blah. Then she walked off stood next to the drive thru window. She thought I walked off then laughed so I said can I speak to the manager? She had some guy walk over who didn’t speak English at all then said Cece was the manager very poor service. Then employees taking their breaks with their cell phones loud I get it they have no break room but not everyone wants to hear what their watching!
