  Literally gets worse every time you come here. Unfriendly and slow service, even mobile ordering takes forever.

  Every time I give this place a chance, every time it blows up in my face. No other restaurant screws up this badly, this consistently. I get that you're hiring hourlies and mistakes are bound to happen, but it's remarkable how often this specific restaurant totally misses it. Totally wrong order. Totally ridiculous wait times. Order a sandwich? It's not even in the bag. Not once. Not twice. Not three times. The majority of the time I visit. It's honestly my fault at this point. At a certain point the commerce secretary needs to step in with some oversight.

  Burnt bun, stale burger patties, luke warm tater tots and long wait times in the drive thru is what about sums up my experience here here on a Sunday afternoon.

  I ordered a single Lg. Ocean water. Nothing else. I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. These workers are incredibly slow. It takes them 5 min to even take your money. You sit in drive thru for a minimum of 25 min. Whats funny is they have a thornton award for best restraunt 2025 on their wall. That should be ripped up and thrown away. Avoid this sonic at all cost.

  Im pretty sure its the manager that doesn't care and is very rude and doesn't care. But the person that takes the orders gave me attitude cuz she couldn't hear me. Looking at the reviews they should be fired and start over cuz the staff do t care
