Definitely have never had luck ordering online. They definitely were not going in order for people ordering online. Some people waited way over an hour and some waited 30 minutes.

Not only did they continuously work their butts off but we're constantly bombarded with rude and impatient customers. They handled these interactions with grace. I'm not only impressed but extremely grateful for their service. They are extremely hard working.

When I say something about it the manager lady will actually go through my bowl and move all my food around to "check" which is crazy. She says it looks about right when it definatly isnt. Double meat should be loaded with meat. Shouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. So they wont give it to you like it comes out of there pocket. One of the worthless guy workers who is trash by the way threw chicken at me when I was complaining about not getting my order correct. Hope he loses his job. Worst qdoba ive ever been to.

He was politely asking then she was rude and proceeded to dig through the bowl and say it was enough chicken it was barely one serving he was in the right and she flat out was so rude and refused to correct the issue. Worst customer service by the manager the other employees are great
