  Placed a delivery order with the shareable big Mac meal, 2 big man's, 2 medium fries and 2 10pc nuggets. I added a Ramyeon medium fry to the order as well. The driver sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes before they finally got my order. To me that would suggest they are somewhat busybut my food should have been hot and fresh. The drive from the McDonald's to the hotel I am staying at is less then a 3 minute drive and the driver came straight here from the McDonald's again suggesting my food should still be relatively hot. I get mt food up to the room at which time I find my burgers have no buns when the only items taken off the burger was lettuce and pickles. I have 15 nuggets out of 20 all of the food is cold and I am missing the Ramyeon fries. I call the store and speak to thr manager, I explain that the order is cold, burgers aren't on buns and I'm missing food. At first she was nice and helpful. Next thing I know she sets the phone down and leave me on sitting there for about 5 minutes just to come back on the line and tell me to call Uber to get a refund. I asked her why I would call them for a refund when they did their job. I told her that I don't want the refund, I'd instead like her to take my name down so that I can come in tomorrow to get my meal remade right. She then snaps at me and again says it's on Uber, and to call them for a refund. I again ask her how it is Uber's fault as their job was to deliver the food not make it. I again told her I don't care for the refund I want my food. I then asked again for her to take my name so I could come get my meal remade tomorrow. She at that point snidly asked for my name and ver sarcastically told me she had it written down and to come and try to get my food tomorrow. Dunno about anyone else but I'm guess she didn't write it down and I'll have to use my call log and this post to get my food. I have worked in the customer service industry for 30 years and never would I treat a customer like that. No the customer isn't always right however there are time when they are. When my food isn't made right and is cold as sin 5 minutes after leaving the restaurant then you had my food made and sitting there for likely that 20 minutes the driver waited. Do better McDonald's, and Basselli! That is completely unacceptable on the part of your staff. Not only do they not care but they thing it's all a game. The meal was just to cold to even eat, if ya know you know, McDonald's French fries are only good hot and fresh, the burger just wasn't appealing deconstructed and cold. The nuggets were also cold and stale as well as hard as rocks. It just simply wasnt a good experience tonight and the reaction of the manager was pretty upsetting. I am hoping to have better luck tomorrow with a different shift and manager.

  I ordered a doordash order last night and when it got there i had missing food and nothing i payed for smh. I ordered a large fry 10 nuggets and a hot n soicy w a drink. The large fries were not even halfway full, cold and looked old and nasty. Thats when i realized the nuggets were also 2 missing i ordered 10 and there was 8. I contacted mcdonalds about this several times and they just were so rude and careless, didnt gaf abt the situation or to help. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE WHEN YOUR HUNGRY. smh there so unprofessional

  Absolutely terrible. They handed us iced coffees with just flavor and milk with no coffee in them. I requested them to be remade and was ignored by 5 different employees before someone finally addressed the issue. Meanwhile they continued handing out food to the drive thru and dine in customers. In my experience working in fast food, remake issues should always be treated as #1 priority. The remake request took more than 20 minutes to be addressed and by the time we got drinks our food was cold. Additionally, service members failed to hand out drinks to the drive thru and multiple customers had to come inside to get drinks which each took 10+ minutes. I wish I could write multiple bad reviews to bring the overall rating of this place down. Management is completely incompetent themselves at operating the stations and even worse at setting expectations with the employees on customer service standards. I’ll never be coming back to this location and will encourage others to do the same. Truly the worst McDonalds experience I’ve ever had (and trust me, some of the other experiences are hard to pass up for that position!!)

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. Several items were missing — the chicken nuggets and even the sauces I paid extra for were not included. One of the burgers was also completely missing from the order. On top of that, I specifically requested no ketchup in one of the burgers, but it was still added anyway. It feels like customer instructions are simply ignored. This is unacceptable service, especially when you’re paying for a full order and don’t receive what you paid for. Very poor attention to detail and customer care.

  All I wanted was my hot chocolate and I got a couple of hash Browns. I paid full price, and unfortunately, they filled up my cup halfway with the hot chocolate and put in a quarter of the way with whipped cream literally.This thing is half empty.This is not what I paid for at least with starbucks or a gas station.You know, you get what you pay for this is not okay and a scam, we'll not be going back
