  Absolutely befuddled on how I can order food, and mine is ROOM TEMPERATURE and my girlfriends is hot?? We ordered the same thing and mines cold?I picked it straight off the counter when it was ready, makes utterly no sense. I believe Lupea is still the manager and I've been completely disappointed with the service provided, my order is ALWAYS missing something or made wrong. Either they need completely new staff or they need serious re-training. Completely unacceptable.

  I had Uber eats bring me food from this location And my Sprite Tasted awful. I spoke to Betty the manager to let her know to please make sure that her soda Machine is working like it should and she had the worst attitude ever. Really disappointed with the customer service and the quality of the food that they are serving here

  This mcdonalds rating should be much higher. The food is always accurate and fresh. Even when we customize orders they come out perfect! Clean seating area. Other locations nearby are obviously using new Google accounts with no other reviews to boost their ratings but this location is legit

  I ordered a happy meal, a $6 mcdouble meal, and a mcdouble. They forget the nuggets for the $6 mcdouble meal... I told them an they got it after. Then when I got my other mcdouble I asked for EXTRA pickles EXTRA onions NO mustard and mayo! They didnt have the onions and had mustard the first time, so went back to the counter! Than, when I told them they made it again... they did it super sloppy and threw everything on it! Mind you, this was the manager who had took the burger back from me and said to check my food right infront of her! I did and told her, you don't need to be so rude and make my food sloppy she said, no your rude and started yelling at me! I said I will be putting a review and contacting corporate and she didnt even care... I am very upset, this was mine and my kids dinner after getting out of the HOSPITAL! My kids wanted to come here for the play place, but I will NEVER be back to this location EVER again!

  Employees are rude and slow. You have to wait 20 to 30 minutes just to get us a packet of salt ridiculous, shamrock, shake half of it was whipped cream, sorry, sorry, but I didn't even want to give this place one star. But in order for me to review, I had to give a star ,which they dont even deserve, so don't come here, we'll be here for 10 years waiting for ketchup. I think it's ridiculous that MacDonald doesn't let you get your own condiments? It's not like their billion dollar company. Ridiculous,only thing good about this place was the lady that cleans the lobby she's very nice. So dissatisfied, bring my grandaughter for lunch n it was so dysfunctional, now I know what ppl say about this McDonald's, I should of listened........👇👇👎🏼👎🏼🤢🤮
