  I've already contacted customer care so please don't respond with the link. This location is awful. Always only taking orders in one drive through lane at a time (and often skipping you when you were first). The older, hispanic woman has been rude every single time I've ever been. My husband went in to get a mobile order. He could see it sitting on the counter. They ignored him for 15 minutes. The food was obviously cold by then. I've had them screw up a 6 piece nugget kids meal with extra fries- was given a burger and apple slices. The drive through is always packed and they will park you every single time and make you wait 15 minutes. My most recent visit was a mobile order- I opted to go inside because the drive through was packed and there wasn't even a car at the 2nd window yet. The same older, hispanic woman ignored me for a good 10-15 minutes then got an attitude when I said excuse me. I ordered 2 hash browns and a drink. Avoid this location. The locations at 87th and Washington and 104th and Huron are much better.

  Some lady maybe manager not sure was yelling at the other employees who are typically teenagers, very rude and horrible food service everything was wrong and took forever if I could give 0 stars I would

  Get this when I go to get my order. The said my name wrong and didn't know my order. I tried to provide a spot number so it made me so this instead. This is multiple times I've had issues with this place.

  so i have questions why have 2 drive thru lanes and only 1 person taking orders like be so fr correct me if im wrong but 2 lanes means you can service 2 cars it wasn’t even busy when i came by sat at the drive thru for a good bit even the first lane was honking for the persons attention then when we got fed up and drove around no one was in window 1 they couldn’t even find my order even tho i double checked and yes it was this location and julianna was no help and made us feel stupid asking if we were at the right location even after we made sure then after we finally went back around and they magically found our order and the manager insisted of being apologetic or even professional she goes and tries to hide not well i might add we did watch her try and coward away from the window. we had to get her name from a different employee.

  When the drive up cashier has no small change, asked me if I had any extra and ends up giving it back to me as my change i felted like i was in a nightmare. Plus he didnt care at all not having change. Was wondering why they were not crowded. Had to pull up and wait 15 minutes for 1 burger and fry when i was only car in drive thru.
