  Id never been in one of these. I had no idea they made the donuts in "small" batch places like this. A lady named Hannah (or Anna im so sorry i didnt clearly hear ya 😅) was very kind and told me about the place. She served me a fresh donut and it was delicious. I went ahead and got a cheesecake and a banana pudding donut to try as well and I couldnt be happier. Really nice place, 10/10 experience!

  I haven't been to this location in quite sometime. Tonight I stopped in to pick up a dozen donuts for the kids thinking I was purchasing the melt in your mouth fresh doughnuts that I would surprise them with and which I was acustom to by going to the shop. Well, every single doughnut was not fresh and literally hard with a crust on it. I manage a store where these are dropped off to daily, and these were harder than the ones that have to get delivered. Bottom line... there are about 10 doughnut shops I will go to before ever spending another dime on a Krispy Kreme. Your company wasted my time, ridiculous amount of money and let down our taste buds. If you’re going to charge the price, THEN SERVE SOMETHING OF QUALITY THAT YOU'RE PROUD OF. Seems like you should have standard of quality before it's served for that amount of money. After all, its literally dough! Also, I think its a bit antiquated that the only way to voice concern is to write a letter and mail it by postal service! Lol THAT INFERS YOU JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT WHAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THINK IN THIS DAY AND AGE.

  Always have had positive exceptional service from these Donutiers. I Appreciate the readiness when requesting the Original fresh out the gate donut dozen. Thank you for being friendly and ready to assist with the deliciousness of you know what. They Gone already.

  I went our regular location in Thornton CO. 4/11/26 to get donuts for my kids. We go there frequently because our whole family are KK fans. On this night I order, pull up and the guy at the window hands me my order and says "God bless, on us and have a great night". IDK if their camera recognized my car or not. Their customer service is always good but that was really nice. These guys look out for their customers. A thing getting more rare lately. 5 star all day

  NOTE: This is a positive review for the location and a warning not to order delivery. My husband and I craved some late-night Krispy Kreme, so we decided to order delivery at 7:45pm. After waiting for more than 2-hours with no donuts, I decided to call the location. They told me the donuts were marked as delivered at 8:23pm despite us never having received our order. Thankfully the staff member who took our call issued us a refund with no hassle. Krispy Kreme utilizes DoorDash even if you order directly from their site, so in the end the employee and myself determined that the driver had just marked the delivery as complete and run off with our donuts. If you want donuts, just go in person and DO NOT order delivery.
