I have sat at the speaker for over 10 minutes on several occasions before just leaving and going to the Freddys down the road. When I go inside, nobody is ever at the register, it’s dirty, they never have ketchup, and the food is not warm. The employees are incredibly rude and it’s obvious that none of them want to serve their customers. Wendy’s is usually a yummy treat but this location is absolutely horrendous. I will be going to the other Wendy’s down the road because they are actually quality unlike this dump.

Neither was the large chilli. Called the so called manager, who kept calling me "brother man"?!?! How is this professional?!? Also he informed me that he can't refund my card for the missing chili. That I have to go thru the app. Insanely horrible customer service from start to finish. Do you even interview the people you hire? The staff there can barely speak English let alone do the job. Avoid this location at all costs. Ridiculous.
