They started using the AI speaker thing and it makes ordering from here so much worse. It keeps getting my order wrong and it makes ordering take so much longer. It doesn't even understand me when I ask for a person half the time. Please change back, it's less efficient to use the AI thing

This store is constantly getting orders wrong, from missing items to, items made incorrectly to short changing the customer on topping. When they get called out they have an attitude. There is 1 manager who tries to fix problems but she can't be there all the time. The other manager is absolutely incompetent. If it weren't for the fact my wife loves Wendy's, I would never go here again.

Love biggie. Five meal bag fries were a bit cold but nothing in air fryer can’t fix. I believe you could also ask them to make them for Order for them to be fresh other than that my favorite spot
