  Avoid this location if possible: Dirty restaurant, slow service, order is always wrong or missing items, employees playing around and smoking outside. Even though this Tacobell is the closest to my house, I try and avoid this location at all cost!

  The whole parking lot was completely pitch black. There were tons on cars in the drive thru and lots of people walking into the store. Very unsafe with no parking lot lights to see people walking behind your car! The place was swamped with cars so it took a long time to recieve my 2 item order. The food was simply OK. Nothing spectacular. The cinna twists were only half covered with cinn sugar so half of them tasted like plain oil. Not good! The tacos with no lettuce were light on the meat.

  The food is good when you eventually get it. This is by far the slowest restaurant in the area and the slowest taco bell I've ever gone to. I typically order through the app and the last several visits I've had to wait over fifteen minutes AFTER driving from my house to get my food. Staff does not greet or wait on people at the counter, large lines form as guests wait for orders to eventually get served. I didn't believe I've ever seen a manager present at the store either. The drive thru is no better then inside. No matter what if you come here your doomed to wait. For the time and the cost literally any other fast food place on 104th is a better use of your time.

  Everytime we go here it's an awful experience. I have been in the food industry for 10 years and I never do this but the service and food quality from this location is truly awful. The location in Belle creek blows this one out of the water 10 fold. Something needs to change here.

  I don't care what some of these reviews say but I have had nothing but pure amazing experiences out of this bell. Matt especially, he honestly deserves a HUGGGGGGEEEEEE raise one of the most polite and busiest workers I have interacted with here. Huge shout out this might be my new home taco bell.
