  The food tasted much saltier at this Subway compared to others...the female employee was complaining to us at the counter that she was the only one there and she came in and the order wasn't put away and yada yada yada...like we are her personal therapists or something while we waited about 15 minutes for our sandwiches while we were the only ones there.

  I placed an order through the app haven’t been in this subway in almost 910 months yet it directed me to this subway when placing my order when I noticed the issue, I attempted to call the store several times received a voicemail box that was full attempted to reach someone on the Internet on their website to get a refund. This happened December 22 almost New Year’s and still no resolution horrible customer service, store manager at this location, answer your phone,check your emails. Check your voicemails! Customer service should be a priority …

  Came in for a icee for my son yesterday after shopping and there was no employees. I proceeded to wait about 5 min during which a couple of other customers came in. Finally when the employee came out she was obviously bothered we had interrupted what she was doing in the back she then proceeded to take the order of a man that had came in after me. So I waited only for her to then act like it was the biggest inconvenience to take my order because I also asked for a small drink with the icee. She was very passive aggressive and rude to me even though I waited patiently for her and was nothing but nice and polite. I will be going back to get her name but just wanted to warn anyone going to this subway the customer service is trash. I was only getting a couple of drinks and even that was too much work for them.

  I hadn't been to subway in 2 years, because you removed my favorite sandwich from your menu and it costed 11$ to piece together a 6 inch subway melt. I was craving it tonight, and asked for DOUBLE CHEESE, you put NO cheese on it at all. I reiterate, I'm not coming back again after I go back to have your ppl put cheese on my 15$ subway melt. Edit: I made this post quite awhile ago, but I was starving and the closest fast food was subway. I want to thank Aaliah for making my last experience right. My sandwich was delicious, made correctly and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. THANK YOU!
