- BOBrianna OlivasJul 24, 20251.0Came in for a icee for my son yesterday after shopping and there was no employees. I proceeded to wait about 5 min during which a couple of other customers came in. Finally when the employee came out she was obviously bothered we had interrupted what she was doing in the back she then proceeded to take the order of a man that had came in after me. So I waited only for her to then act like it was the biggest inconvenience to take my order because I also asked for a small drink with the icee. She was very passive aggressive and rude to me even though I waited patiently for her and was nothing but nice and polite. I will be going back to get her name but just wanted to warn anyone going to this subway the customer service is trash. I was only getting a couple of drinks and even that was too much work for them.
