I attempted to contact the store by phone but was unable to reach anyone, and I didn’t have the time to visit in person. Despite giving the location a second chance, the issue persisted. I also tried calling again to have the matter resolved, but the phone appeared to be off the hook for over two hours. I’ve always enjoyed Subway, and I appreciated the convenience of this nearby location, but due to repeated issues and lack of communication, I will no longer be returning.
