- ASAlicia SanchezFeb 23, 20261.0I would never get my meds from this store again first I didn't receive all my medication then when I call them about it I was told I'm a addict and probably took them all the young girls are disrespectful and ignorant I had them look at the cameras and after they did they called me and said come pick up the rest of ur meds no apology for their mistakes no apology for the young woman that called me and addict also they never rang up my meds they just handed them over to me with the pickup date altered to the original date I pick up the first meds something shady is going on in the pharmacy area and the supervisor was no help she refused to fill future meds for me when I complained and I was right they did not fill my my whole prescription but don't expect an apology for their mistakes but you would think dealing with people medication there's no room for mistakes don't trust the pharmacy

My only complaint with this store and the other at Thornton pkwy and Washington is that employees will leave stuff all over the floor and block aisles while stocking. At this location, 2 employees were stocking on both sides of the aisle and a had to maneuver around everything. When I let them know they were making it difficult for customers to get through, they they looked at me and ignored me. The stuff laying around on the floor can create unsafe conditions. Safeway, please retrain your employees on this matter or I will have to start calling you UnSafeway!
