Very poor customer service. The prices are always wrong on sale items causing me to go back into the store this has happenedon more then 1 occasion. No carts available because 1 idiot is just pushing back in 1 cart at a time. Just a sloppy store while the floor manager walks around not doing a damn thing worst of all not helping employees. This store has gone down hill in the last year. Please get better or let me know where I can fill out an application. Guaranteed ill do a better job.

Hey there store 892, what kind of training do managers get? If I were to guess, I'd say it's 'weak men who aren't liked by their staff OR customers' training. Just this morning we watched store manager Josh be entirely unkind, unprofessional and borderline abusive to a female cashier. Instead of opening a register himself or having his little buddy open a register he dead eyed, straight face told a cashier who was trying to step away to reopen her register.
No "please", no "thank you", just disrespect, discourtesy and total "I'm in charge so you have to do it" playground bully energy. Then this dude takes his little friend to go chill out around the service desk and have a little social hour.
If i was the owner or director of this location, I'd be appalled that "leadership" at my store behaves this way.

Terrible customer service. No one at floral counter, but there is a sign stating if no one is there, go to customer service. I did that, and customer service was closed in the middle of the day on a Wednesday. I went back and forth between floral and customer service 3 times, all the while looking for a person to help me. While several employees looked at me, none asked if I needed help when it was clear that I did. I will never shop at this store. They made me feel like I didn't matter.
