  Claims to be open 24/7, signs all say it and the lights were all on. 330am I go to the drive thru only to sit there for 10 minutes with no word. No one came to tell me if systems were down or anything of the sort. Nothing happened at all. The drive thru experience here is terrible, don't bother.

  Placed a mobile order for drive-thru pick up. Used my points to redeem an item and they refused to give me the food as “it was not showing up on their end” even though I showed them the order placed on the mobile app. They got the other happy meal order wrong and also never gave any sauces at all. Horrible customer service, don’t waste your money or time coming here.

  I’ve been to this McDonald’s several times within the last 2 months and every time I have come they have been missing items charged and gave me the wrong items and I’m quite sick of it I’m about to stop going to McDonald’s all together

  I sat in the drive through for 5 minutes.There were other cars there longer than me.No one acknowledging customers sitting outside.I had to call the store to find out what was happening at which point.They said , sorry , our system is down when we can't take orders , but they did not come alert any of the people sitting outside , waiting to order. When I asked how to get a refund for my mobile app order.They told me after so long of not picking up the apple canceled the order for you.And then refund you your money

  Nothing bad about the demeanor of the staff. They were not rude. They just were kind of confused about theirnown jobs it seemed like. Qhich isnunderstandablensince im also doing a job that doesnt fit my skillset so we in the same boat.But, Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel. was given sausage. i dont eat pork. whenni tried to fix the issue they didnt seem to understand the differenxce between pork and beef. Didnt want to give me the product i ordered and kept trying to offer sandwiches of lesser value or with pork. It was a simple issue with a simple solution and they overcomplicated it. Perhaps mcdonalds should bring back a chicken biscuit so there isnt this problem sonce all they,want to offer now is pork.
