    The manager working today Saturday, 11/22/2025 at 5pm needs to be fired or demoted! I went through the drive thru and was parked for TWENTY MINUTES! Went in to see where it was at and the manager said they gave it to me, if I got my order why would I wait twenty minutes to go in! Then she starts blaming all of the kids working saying it was their fault but she was the one bagging the orders. I stood there and additional 15 minutes and she still didn’t know what I was there for! I handed her my receipt a total of three times. Then she shorted me a McRib and she started screaming at the girl who handed me my drinks and said it was her fault. Mind you the restaurant was not even busy, I feel sorry for everyone who works with her.

    I went through the drive through today and lady in back cash put extra sauce and chargers even when I did not ask for that and than I get pulled to park just for them to not give me the right sauce that I asked for and not give any extra.

    Consistency "out" of items after you sit in their long very slow moving drive thru especially ice cream and slushies in the evenings. When they do have your requested items you are asked to park and wait frequnrly for long periods of time for them to bring it out to you. Consistently mess up your order and put items that you request not to be on your order like onions or ketchup. Their service is poor at best and they dont seem to even care that they give poor service.
