  Gave my kids a 16 PC instead of 20 and the hamburgers where unseasoned this was at about 3:35pm 12-26-25

  We ordered our food on the app and rushed to pick it up before closing, only to be completely ignored and treated with contempt. The app clearly stated the store was open, which is why we placed the order. At the first pickup window, the employee actually rolled her eyes and shook her head at us as if we were the problem for showing up to get the food we paid for. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking. When we finally got to the next window, the staff there simply told us to wait for a refund—no explanation, no apology for the wasted trip, and certainly no attempt to fulfill the order. If you are not open for service, you need to update your hours on the app. Showing that you're open, letting customers pay for food, and then treating them like dirt when they show up is a terrible way to run a business. Do NOT waste your time here. We drove out, paid for food we didn't get, and were subjected to incredibly rude service. Zero stars if I could.

  We placed pickup order at 10:17am and my spouse arrived to pickup at 10:32am and they canceled order on us. WOW if the order came thru at 10:17am make it. Very unprofessional!

  Go here all the time not sure why but when I order on the app my order has been wrong 2 times now. This time I added a 3rd 1/4 pound patty with the burger plain. Was charged for the extra but didnt get it and wasn't plain. Usually not a big deal but when im charged i would like to get what paid for

  The manager working today Saturday, 11/22/2025 at 5pm needs to be fired or demoted! I went through the drive thru and was parked for TWENTY MINUTES! Went in to see where it was at and the manager said they gave it to me, if I got my order why would I wait twenty minutes to go in! Then she starts blaming all of the kids working saying it was their fault but she was the one bagging the orders. I stood there and additional 15 minutes and she still didn’t know what I was there for! I handed her my receipt a total of three times. Then she shorted me a McRib and she started screaming at the girl who handed me my drinks and said it was her fault. Mind you the restaurant was not even busy, I feel sorry for everyone who works with her.
