This McDonald’s is honestly one of the worst I’ve been to.
They messed up my order multiple times in one visit. I ordered five sandwiches, two fries, and a Happy Meal, nothing complicated, and they still forgot items. I caught one mistake before leaving, went inside, and the staff seemed completely confused about how to fix it. They were all scrambling around like lost puppies. It’s not that serious for a hot and spicy.
Got home (with a kid in the car, so yeah, I’m not double-checking every bag in the parking lot), and surprise, they forgot an entire burger too.
It wasn’t even busy, which makes it worse. There’s really no excuse for getting such a simple order this wrong.
McDonald’s is usually at least consistent, but this location is on another level in the worst way. Double-check your order or expect to be disappointed.

Pretty sad when you order something and the person behind the counter decides he wants to argue with you. I literally have a receipt in my hand. Do your job and stop arguing with people who know what they paid for.

I had literally a quarter pounder and 10 piece that I mobile ordered in advanced through the drive-thru. I Still got parked with 7 other cars that got parked as well, how are y’all still behind with no one else in the drive thru line??

We have gone to this location a few times and the food has always been sub par. Today, we decided to give it one last chance. My husband found a long blonde hair in his hashbrown bag, I found a short black hair in my egg McMuffin, and we found another short blonde hair in the pancake container. How in the world do you get 3 different hairs in one order? I would give zero stars if I could.
