Waited for enough time that I almost pulled forward and someone said "oh sorry" I appreciated the acknowledgement and understand things happen at times. I had a mobile order and proceeded forward. After getting my order my fries were cold & chewy and after arriving home (two minutes) my double cheeseburger although warm was wrinkley and noticeable it had been sitting around awhile. Disappointing food quality.
