Robert or Roberto I think his name was handled crazy customers greatly while painting his composure. Also food came out very fast despite the situation.

Stopped in this morning for a large black coffee and two sausage egg sandwiches. They wanted to charge me for an ice water...charged for an ice water!!!
Mcdonald's just lost another star. Probably won't be returning!

Only car waiting at drive thru speaker and or in line. Waited for enough time that I almost pulled forward and someone said "oh sorry" I appreciated the acknowledgement and understand things happen at times. I had a mobile order and proceeded forward. After getting my order my fries were cold & chewy and after arriving home (two minutes) my double cheeseburger although warm was wrinkley and noticeable it had been sitting around awhile. Disappointing food quality.
