  I was disappointed the other day I bought a mixed box of donuts and when I arrived home majority of the donuts were dried out . I was very disappointed in this you spend 22 dollars for a dozen donuts and 3/4's of them were dry .

  I don’t usually come to this location because I prefer supporting smaller businesses, but when I’m in a rush and need a drive-through, I’ll stop at Krispy Kreme. This is not about all employees — I’ve had good experiences here before where I was helped immediately. However, there’s one employee in the morning (around 7:30 a.m.) who consistently tells me to “take a moment to look at the menu,” even when I’m clearly ready to order. The first time, she told me to wait and didn’t return for about seven minutes — I actually counted. This morning, the same thing happened. When she said to take a moment, I politely told her I was ready to order. She responded, “No, it’ll be just a moment,” and left me waiting again. There was literally no one else in the drive-through. So take a moment for what? The whole point of a drive-through is speed and convenience. If a customer is ready to order, they shouldn’t be made to wait unnecessarily. I ended up driving off because I didn’t want to waste another 7–8 minutes. If I’m already in a rush, I’d rather stop at a smaller local business, walk inside, and still spend less time — while getting fresher donuts and better service. Unfortunately, the employee working this morning was not polite, and because of that, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  I called them if I could get free doughnuts for A on report card of my kids and they said yes if I can come to the store. Then I went to the store in 10 mins and they told me that I can’t get it because they don’t have enough doughnuts. I know they are lying, will never go to this store again.

  Love my Krispy Kremes, however on Monday Feb 2, picked up a winter collection dozen. Got home half of my dozen were hard. Like week old not fresh at all. For $25 thought they would be fresh.

  S/o to drive thru workers this evening for being so friendly and quick with my pick up order! Donuts were on point today, everyone was crushing it! Haven’t had a bad experience at this location! I would recommend using the app for points/deals if you frequent here.
