Ok so I know it’s just a sandwich but I just had such a hard day and whenever I order JJ’s at work in Boulder they NEVER give me mayo packets, and always always without failure screw something up. This bag I just got, I kid you not, was packaged with love. My sandwich actually was customized exactly how I ordered. It was great service and literally made my day.

Sandwiches are consistently good and the staff seems friendly. I've probably been here over 20 times and only had one bad customer service experience. I think the guy has either quit or been fired because I haven't run into him again.
