It’s been 15 minutes past the desired pick up time and the line isn’t even long. They don’t even have our order ready and people are still waiting for their drinks as well. Got drinks and they’re melted and look like they’ve been sitting there a while. Why was I waiting so long??

Tell me why this looks and tastes like pure milk! Every time I come to this location they do this to me and I'm sick of it! Usually I'm there to tell them in person. When I do they always seem so inconvenienced for me asking what I paid for! Last time I heard them saying their espresso machine isn't making shots like its supposed to. Fix your machine, hire new respectful people, and give people what they pay for!

I don’t miss an opportunity to recognize and give a shout out to employees that go The Extra Mile. I am SO Impressed by these two individuals that work at this Dutch Bros. Eliza and Corbin! Hope I spelled your names right, are Absolutely Fantastic at what they do. I stop by this location just about every morning and look forward to it. I pass by multiple Dutch Bros locations because of how Awesome the service is here. Both are so friendly and have a positive attitude. Keep in mind this is fairly early in the morning. I can’t say enough about them. Both deserve a RAISE and to be recognized for what they do. You guys are the Best.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
