I know the total didn’t add up when I got home I realized why! Im diabetic and need sugar free syrups and half and half instead of milk in my drinks. I watched them mess up my order and put in regular milk and caramel. When I asked them to correct it they then became extremely rude. I waited in line for 32 minutes for them to mess up my order, charge me again for a drink, and then put in ingredients in cannot have and could hurt me.
- BCBrittney CopanicNov 9, 20251.0We just left this location around 2:20 p.m. on November 9, 2025, and honestly, it was one of the worst Dutch Bros experiences we’ve had. It took over 20 minutes just to get through the drive-thru line. When we finally got to the window, there were four guys working inside. One of them was making our drinks when another asked if they all wanted to “shotgun” a Red Bull, and they all said yes. Then all four of them stopped and did it right there. I even saw one of them open the can and add flavoring. After they finished chugging their drinks, I asked if ours were ready, and one of them said, “Yeah, they’re coming right up.” I had to interrupt again to remind them that we still needed to pay, and that’s when the guy said, “Actually, it’s on us, sorry about the wait.” While we appreciated the free drinks, it doesn’t make up for how unprofessional the whole thing was. Watching the entire crew stop to chug Red Bulls instead of helping customers was just ridiculous.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
