- ETE T4 days ago3.0The coffee is good. I struggle with them almost always not even starting my mobile order until I get there. What’s the purpose of order ahead if they don’t make it ahead of time? Also, the outside is FILTHY. You’d think for a place serving food and drinks they wouldn’t leave stains, trash, etc. all over the place.

I placed a pickup order through the drive-thru and, when I pulled up, realized I had accidentally ordered from the wrong Dutch Bros location. I mentioned it at the window, fully expecting to have to cancel, reorder, or pull off to the side since I was already running late for work. Instead, the young man at the window smiled and said, “No worries, we’ll just make the drinks anyway.” I had ordered three drinks, and he made all of them without hesitation and without charging me again, saying I had already paid. No stress. No awkwardness. Just genuine kindness. It honestly made my entire day. I was in a rush, a little flustered, and that simple act of grace meant more than he probably realizes. I work in the service industry myself, so I know what true hospitality looks like, and this was it. This is exactly the kind of service I try to teach my own team: meet people with understanding, flexibility, and a good heart. I don’t know his name, but he was working the window just a few minutes ago today, and I truly hope this review gets back to him. The world needs more moments like that, more people who go out of their way to create unforgettable hospitality. Thank you, Dutch Bros, for hiring people like him. We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
