Their deluxe hamburger is COLD👎.meat is SO DRY, like being outside for couple days. Look like they didn't warm the meat well. I have to ask them microwave the WHOLE hamburger. Unlike CHICKENSTRIPS👍, they deep fried.

I have been coming to this Dairy Queen for over 2 Decades and even worked at this located as a teenager. I’d say within the past year this location has gone down hill tremendously!! The place itself SMELLS HORRIBLE! The staff is by far the worst team I have ever seen work here, if you go through drive thru they hand you your food and then walk away and if they see you staying there because something of your order is wrong or missing they will just look at you and walk away which then calls for you having to get out of your vehicle and go inside and even then they are still avoidant of customers. EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve went recently my order is ALWAYS wrong!! I’m extremely disappointed to see our neighborhood DQ fall this low after the many years I’ve supported this located I’m sad to have to find somewhere else to go! :( this located definitely needs new management or to be closed as a whole!

Every time I order i always ask for pecans with my blizzard and the never add em with is extremely annoying because I dont want to make the drive back so the they can fix it

Terrible customer service, and they give you smaller sizes than what you pay for. One time, ordered a small blizzard, and was given a mini. Just tonight, ordered 2 medium shakes, and didn't realize until I got home that they were small. Couldn't go back either, because I never received a receipt --- how convenient. I hate this location, but it's the one close to me that has orange Julius. However, an occasional treat in which I am charged more, yet receive less, is becoming frustrating. Try to avoid this location. I'll be driving further from now on. They just need to close this one. Waste of $30. They probably up charged my medium blizzard too, but since I wasn't given a receipt, I don't know. Actually, they did charge us more, I just don't know how. After placing a duplicate order for the same location in the app, the total should have been $28.70, yet I was charged $29.24. This was for 2 medium shakes (but I was given SMALLS), 2 large juliuses (they actually got that right), and a medium choco brownie extreme blizzard (I assume I was given a medium and charged for a medium, but with their poor track record, who knows!!)
