  Went tonight for a pickup order & he tried charging us $15 even after we said we had a pickup paid for already. Teen was RUDE! We asked for nuts & he said “we charge for that” & shut the window on us as we said that’s fine. Then he opened it up again & said “what are you waiting for” as we told him the nuts? He was so rude kid in blue puffy jacket around 9pm tonight. Please stop hiring rude teenagers who take forever it should not of taken over 15 mins of us sitting in the drive thru waiting at the window to make 3 quick drinks that tasted horrible & melted. :/

  Their deluxe hamburger is COLD👎.meat is SO DRY, like being outside for couple days. Look like they didn't warm the meat well. I have to ask them microwave the WHOLE hamburger. Unlike CHICKENSTRIPS👍, they deep fried.

  I have been coming to this Dairy Queen for over 2 Decades and even worked at this located as a teenager. I’d say within the past year this location has gone down hill tremendously!! The place itself SMELLS HORRIBLE! The staff is by far the worst team I have ever seen work here, if you go through drive thru they hand you your food and then walk away and if they see you staying there because something of your order is wrong or missing they will just look at you and walk away which then calls for you having to get out of your vehicle and go inside and even then they are still avoidant of customers. EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve went recently my order is ALWAYS wrong!! I’m extremely disappointed to see our neighborhood DQ fall this low after the many years I’ve supported this located I’m sad to have to find somewhere else to go! :( this located definitely needs new management or to be closed as a whole!
