  We walked in 5 employees walked by didn’t even acknowledge us wait about 4 more mins finally the guy seats us down and if my 7 year old can see that the table was dirty so waited for about 10 minutes then a waitress walks by rolling her eyes then about 5 minutes later she comes to the table I tell her if she could wipe the table she say rude as hell well move I was we are good and then go talk to the manager to let him know what had happed and the waitress very rude again say bye bye go couldn’t even finish talking to the manager so sad where is the customer service any more

  I usually do not leave bad reviews it takes a lot and this place is the worst ever. We went in and were told it was a 10 min wait…. 45 mins laters they still could not find a table when there were 3 tables open party of 10 we even requested to be seated separately and some how the hostesses still could not accommodate us. They are rude and incompetent.

  Service was friendly and my food was great. Did the build your own sampler and was surprised how much came with the appetizer.

  I placed an order for pickup and while I was 10min late all of my food was cold, I sat at the counter for awhile before even being helped and it was not busy at all!!! Which is crazy because other ones Ive been to are always poppin for dinner time. I should of read reviews before I ordered. I work night shift for City of Thornton so I unfortunately cant go back to have my order fixed and I tried calling with no answer. I was missing a large order of frys, i ordered all flats on a 20 piece wing and still received drums and flats, all of my wings seemed to be cooked way too long as they were hard and tough to eat. My garlic parmesan was super spicy which is weird and not much sauce while the honey garlic was swimming in sauce. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but I've never been to this location, something is off. They need better employees that give a crap or better management to enforce better service. Sad $50 WASTED!!

  Estoy realmente disgustada con el lugar , todo es muy rico pero lamentablemente muy mal servicio, los pedidos que e realizado siempre me salen incompletos, cuando yo pago el precio que es por las piezas que te ofrece el menú no se me hace justo😡, aparte todo muy frío las papas todas duras y frías. No es la primera ocasión que se les pase una vez está bien pero ya dos oh 3 ya es mucho.
