  Waited at the front for 10-15 minutes before anyone finally acknowledged that I was there. I even tried “calling” while waiting and no one came to answer the phone. When someone finally came out to ask me if I was picking up an order, they told me they didn’t have an order under my husbands name. He had called three times at that point to put in an order. Despite that, I should not have been standing at the pickup counter for 10-15 minutes before finally being helped by someone. Don’t go here; it’s not worth your time.

  Update from my last review. Service and food 100% They need to stop with the restroom smell. It's aweful. When you walk in, it smells like a porta potty

  If I could give no scars I would this place smelled so disgusting. The woman's restroom was so aweful I could help but gag, I had to run out or I would have barffed all over. The place overall was dirty.

  Unfortunately we had a bad experience. Went to dinner on a Saturday night, we got seated by the bathrooms in which was a bad start. They have a horrible horrible smell of sewer gas that is coming from the bathrooms. We asked to be moved away from there. The workers are aware of the smell and kind of just shrugged it off which I thought was comical. That smell gets people sick after a long period of time should be addressed immediately! The food came out super dry and just not appetizing.(We ordered chicken wraps with sauce in which it came with none, also a CHOPPED chicken salad that literally was just ice burg lettuce and 3 chicken tenders slapped on top) They were nice enough to remake the order and give us some money off our bill but I do not plan on going back. 👎🏻 1 star dining

  My boyfriend n I decided to give this place a try as we have had bad experiences at other Buffalo Wild Wings locations. First thing we notice when we walked in the door was a very bad odor of drainage and just a bad bathroom smell. Boyfriend went to the restroom and came right back out as it smelled so bad in there, bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Food was decent and the service was amazing. Do not remember the lady servers name but she was so sweet and looked cute with her Halloween decorations on. She took really good care of us and even gave us some candy before we left. The only main issue was the horrid smell of the place when you walked in.
