On Wednesday Jan. 7, 2025 at 3:30 pm. I searched for an Arby's near me, this location was the nearest one so I drove here to feed my family. When we approached the counter there was a transaction going on as we waited for our turn the employee taking a senior man's order was very impatient with him, his card was declined and he was obviously embarrassed by that, in the meantime my daughter and granddaughter had to use the restroom and so I waited at the counter along with my grandson. I was called upon to place my order but I told the woman that I was going to wait until the rest of my party returns to place my order. Keep in mind that I had already witnessed this woman's rude behavior towards the senior citizen and so I really tried my best not to make the lady mad. When the rest of my party returned, we waited at the counter for about five minutes while the woman checked on the fryer timers and when she was finished, I said "we're ready to order", the employee said in a very demanding voice "hold on a minute" so we waited about another five minutes while she went to the back of the store and returned with a big package wrapped in brown paper. She opened it up and took her time all the while ignoring us. I was trying to interact humor to ease the tension and I asked her if she was ignoring me. She responded with "I tried to take your order but you said you were not ready so now you can wait on me. She was very rude. I have been working in customer service for many years and I know that I can be on my best behavior for five or ten minutes while waiting on a customer. This lady (and I use the term lady loosely) did not care one bit about her customers. We decided to leave, and since we wanted to eat at Arby's, we searched for another one and found the one in Commerce City, we spent fifty six dollars on the food which was not bad for four people. We were treated very well by this last Arby's. In my opinion, that rude woman should look for a different job, one where she doesn't have to deal with the public. I would hope she would be straightened out by management for her attitude, we customers are the ones spending our money, so we are actually contributing to her wages.

Arby’s has been solid lately, and a huge part of that is Johnathan. Dude stays calm even when the line gets crazy. Order was accurate, food came out quick, and he was respectful without sounding fake or bored. It’s rare to see someone actually put effort into customer service, but he does. Good worker, good attitude, no nonsense.

Johnathan was fantastic at the drive-thru—friendly, professional, and efficient. He made the experience quick and pleasant with his positive attitude and great customer service. Truly a standout employee! He is a huge asset to your team, and I hope his efforts are recognized!

Jonathan is a great dude! The staff all looked pretty busy so I waited at the counter for a moment (not long at all) and Jonathan rushed up to take my order. He was very apologetic and definitely seemed to take his job seriously. They then got my order out quickly and everything was great. Shout out Jonathan!
They literally gave me a sandwich with no top bun. No I’m not kidding. Additionally, they were actually out of roast beef. Despite the fact this is a restaurant that almost exclusively sells roast beef.
