  We usually have a great time here but I have a bone to pick about the promotional items. We got up at 5 am because my husband was so excited to get the shoe charms and we know they go fast. The app says max 5 per customer so we get 5 drinks for us and our friends as a treat to them so we can get 5 shoe charms with the possibility of getting all 4 options. Tell me why the person taking our order says nothing but once we get to the window we are told they only got one box so we can only have 4. I wish we would have cancelled one of our drinks because my husband was just so defeated and disappointed. On top of that of the 4 we got 3 repeats. We are die hard Dutch Bro fans but we will no longer be participating in these promotionals because it’s just not worth it. If it’s something different for each store y’all need to be up front about that.

  Literally woke up early to get in line for the shoe charms and it says one per drink and max 5 per person. We got here at 5:10 am and were in like for 30+ minutes which we let go of since we figured it would probably be a wait even though there were only 4 cars ahead of us. Well we order 5 drinks and they don’t tell us until after we’ve paid and got to the window that in store they changed it to 4 max per person and I pointed out there’s two of us in the car so we should still get 5 since it’s per person, they refused, and when I asked for one of the drinks to be cancelled they refused. It’s unfair to have people believe they would get 5 AS PROMISED BY THEIR OWN AD and then go back on that and not even let us cancel a drink that we bought for a charm. On top of it all I got 3 repeats out of 4. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but I’m never coming out for these events again if they’re just going to screw me over like that.

  Cars lining up in the drive through and no one to cone out and start taking orders , some of us have to go to work. 3 employees working and all just talking and not paying attention to the line. To the manager you need new employees.

  Placed a mobile order ready for pick up at 9:42 AM, arrived at 9:42 AM, was informed my order was going to be finished up momentarily, waited for eight minutes while I saw other people ordering and getting their drinks after me. Forgot to mention I had two drinks in total. When I asked if my drinks were ready by chance, they turned and handed them to me. I had they had been sitting on the counter then I immediately informed the employee that this wondering was completely wrong. They did not add anything to it so they decided to grab it in a rude manner. Take the lid off pour it out. Add what was needed and not top off any ice lost either. In total 10 minutes minutes after my mobile order was promised and my drink order was incorrect. No apology or nothing just complete rudeness. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
