  I called a few days ago because they messed up my drink, they didn't seem to care at all, order this morning through door dash and they only gave me half my order. This store was so much better when Alisa was gen manager. This store has messed up 7/10 of my door dash orders causing me to have to complain everytime and door dash is no longer correcting the issue. I'm done with door dash and for someone who orders from this store on a daily basis, I'm done with that too. I'll order from Ziggy's from now on.

  If I could put no stars I would! I've been coming here for years and the new management is rude and can't seem to get orders straight! I've been ordering the chocolate covered banana iced coffee since it came out every day ( my husband, niece,son and sister know this as well as they've ordered it for me too) and the only worker/ manager who can get it right is the manager lisa- who today told me I can't come back there because I guess as a paying customer I can't complain when two times in a row she hands me the wrong drink- first was just a banana iced coffee with banana cold foam ( no chocolate for the chocolate covered banana iced coffee - which I get every day) then today tries to hand me a strawberry daydream refresher with chocolate cold foam and tells me that's what I ordered and that is a chocolate covered banana iced coffee yet on receipt ( after her arguing with me and telling me not to come back because I was tired of arguing with her I asked for a refund!) the receipt even says strawberry daydream refresher!! Rude, can't get what seems to be only my order correct or doesn't know her own menu! I've had no problems with the other manager who told me about the chocolate covered banana iced coffee drink that I get every day since!!

  I love this location they always make the coffee good however today it was horrible and I tipped so I paid nearly $8 for a horrible coffee if there’s someone new I understand.

  I bought this sandwich and it came with the cheese wrapper still inside It can happen to anyone, but someone should mention to employees that it shouldn't happen often.

  Don't waiste your money on $5 deal!!!! Mini tortillas with half strip bacon and little egg. Four hash browns in a big bag. Don't waisted ur $$
