  Dairy Queen you could do better! I’ve become more and more disappointed in the quality of food and service. It’s going downhill pretty quickly, unfortunately. Dipped cone about 3 seconds after I received it.

  The store is empty, but one order has taken over 15 minutes to prepare, even with five employees on staff. That’s unacceptable

  Great food. The kids are trying to keep up with the job but also its the service you expect from someone in survival mode barely making enough to scrap by. Ice cream was good. Ordered picked up was told to be here at 9:30p and waited 30 minutes for some chicken and fries. Again. Their trying to hate but dam man this is nuts. I ordered food to have a quick and easy dinner. Granted I got the easy part but waiting 30 mins for the food is insane. Yall need to stick to ice cream man.

  So I went through the drive thru ordered 3 ice creams when I went to pay one of my Sundaes was made wrong so I politely inform the girl at the window that one of them was wrong she took it back threw my card at me went and remade it but it was remade very sloppy and my other ice creams were halfway melted when I receive them I never like to complain but I would like to get what I am paying for and this definitely was not it unfortunately I will not be back to spend another dime at this dairy Queen.

  Stood there 15 minutes for a mobile order and never approached to ask or name. 10 people working and on their phones. Manager doesn't address guests. Didn't make the blizzards right. They were melted right after made. They didn't flip them because if they would have they would have fallen out. Used drink lids for the blizzards and got ice cream every where. There is ice cream so over me and my car. Mentioned the flip and for attitude and ignored.
