I understand it’s close to closing time, but if you’re still open, customers should be treated with respect—not rushed out the door. The customer service here needs serious improvement. One of the employees made me feel rushed the entire time, and the older woman working was noticeably disrespectful and seemed annoyed when I asked simple questions. I was given what seemed like the last of the chicken al pastor (which looked much better in the commercials), and it was disappointing. I should’ve just stuck with my usual order. I also asked for tortillas on the side and never received them. When I asked for chips and guacamole, the employee acted bothered, which made the experience even worse. Overall, the food was underwhelming, and the service made it worse. Management really needs to step in—this team could benefit from proper customer service training.
