- ESErin SpearApr 11, 20261.0This is the closest CFA to our house so we eat here a couple times a month. Three times since the start of 2026, we have had issues with delivery orders. These delivery orders are done directly through their app, we can’t blame DoorDash here. In January, there was an entire missing meal from our order. In February, when we ordered delivery for our kids and their friends, there were two missing fries and missing nuggets. Just ordered today, and got a spicy sandwich instead of a regular one. Really frustrating that it seems to be a pattern. The manager is always nice when we call and say something, and refunds the issue, but some better expo training needs to be had at this point. We will avoid this CFA from now on. Update as of 04/25: ordered delivery for my daughter and her friend who was having sleep over, and my daughter's entire kids meal was missing from the delivery. I physically went to the store to talk to the manager, who was very nice and helpful, but immediately started preparing the order because she knew it was missing. Frustrating can't even begin to describe this.
