  I would give it more stars, but the American cheese that you use is not very tasty. It tastes very odd and fake. I’m not a huge fan of American cheese anyway, but this one’s even worse. Hopefully you will find it in your pocketbook to get some better cheese. It makes the sandwiches, not taste so well. Usually, I order Colby Jack instead, but I still got American cheese. 🤮

  Drove thru on the way to school. Ordered an extra filet on egg white muffin for Grandson, he’s a strapping boy, loves his protein. Imagine the disappointment when said filet was a no show🤬 I’m sure there is a system in place to identify special order🤨 And, yes, same sandwich free on next visit is a remedy, not sure it’s a cure 😶

  Pretty disappointed with my experience at Chick-fil-A this morning. I ordered chicken minis at 8 AM, and somehow ended up with regular chicken nuggets instead. Not sure how that gets mixed up when it’s literally a breakfast item during breakfast hours. It’s frustrating because you expect your order to be right, especially when you’re paying a premium for fast food. Mistakes happen, but this felt like a pretty basic one that shouldn’t have been missed. Definitely not the kind of start to the day I was hoping for.

  Came in to order for takeout & we were waiting for 20 mins! Everyone before & after us was getting there order. They put it in the pickup area without us even knowing cause mind you they called out “Marcos” that’s not even our name we gave the girl so we didn’t realize that was for us.. So after waiting 20 mins we went & asked & the girl went to the pickup area & was like “did you get this” & that’s when we realized the girl put the wrong name after we told her TWICE our name for the order. The cashiers seen us waiting & waiting & decided not to say anything about our order till we went & said something!! By the time we got our food it was already cold!! Don’t go to this location if you want good service.

  I came in to pick up an order, and this is the second time I’ve had the same experience here. I was standing right in front of the counter, making eye contact with a staff member, but still wasn’t acknowledged or assisted. It was unclear whether I was supposed to keep waiting or speak up, since no one said anything at all. A simple question like “Are you here for a pickup?” would have made a big difference. I hope this can be improved, as it seems to be a recurring issue.
