  The cashier/manager doesn't know how do use the real cash. They short change me. Really it the principal. Not the amount money's.

  At 5:48 pm i went through a drive through and ordered some food and I had to use the restroom this black lady that was either the manager or a worker there, she refused to let me know if she was a manager and she's like if you need to use the bathroom, you gotta pay or buy something, so I showed her the receipt and after I showed the receipt, she still refused to let me use the bathroom. So I gave her a dollar just to use the bathroom. And as I noticed when I was going to the restroom by the floor I noticed by the arby's floor Mat as you've seen in the picture, there's roaches on the floor and there's rough Who's in the bathroom? I do not eat here. This place is horrible, I'm gonna call the health department to have this place inspected and audited. Why am I being charged to use a restroom yet alone? There's bugs in that place that have roaches, and they didn't want to refund my money, this is horrible service and cleanliness and customer service. I'm calling corporate today.

  People there are very friendly
