    My family and I picked up food from there at 10:30 am. We drove to our destination, a bike park 6 minutes away. Got the kids out on their bikes and went to eat and the food was completely inedible. You could have physically cut paper with how hard and sharp the eggs were in my breakfast burrito. We are a few crushed tots and decided to take the order back after kids biked. I tried to call the restaurant. No answer. Went to return the food. Got up to the drive-thru window and said we need our order replaced. Jacob looked at the receipt and said it's been like 2 hours. It had been exactly one hour and 5 minutes. He did not want to replace the food. I asked to speak to a manager. He said he was the manager. Then I said look at the egg I was given. He said I don't control the cooking. I've never ever heard of a manager that doesn't manage. I'm so mad and completely bewildered at how bad the non-managing manager is. He did not even greet us the first time he delivered food to our car. He reluctantly replaced the order and now we can wonder if he spit in it. Only saving grace is he said he doesn't control the cooking. So maybe it's safe to eat 🤔

    No one answered the call button after several tries. We ordered online for pickup and never got our food. Food only came out after going to the window to ask for it. The meals came out cold and burger was not good at all.

    Jacob refused service for us because the people in the car next to us were making noise. When we attempted to go through the drive through instead, he said he had already refused us service, and when we attempted to clarify the situation he refused to hear us out, saying that he would not be dealing with us. I had been a regular at this location and it is a shame that I will no longer be giving Sonic my business.
