- MIMystery IncDec 13, 20251.0Came in for a burrito and the place was filthy, tables were dirty and the line had rice and beans everywhere, maybe they just decided to not clean. As far as the service it was about as bad. Seems like a bunch of kids just hangin out, i dont think they know what they are doing. All the meat looked dry like it wasnt rotated. The barbacoa was like soup. These guys have no clue how to roll a burrito, its pretty sad. If you have 10 people on staff and you cannot keep the line or the store clean or keep the food rotating and fresh, then you just need to go. Maybe it just needs a new manager.

Today I was given 5 pieces of meat I my meal and there were other missing ingredients. They don’t seem to care about providing quality food, or accurate orders. Twice in row is what gets me. I have them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. Unfortunately their process of providing feedback on their website is also unsatisfactory.
- EVEmilee VanOverscheldeNov 24, 20251.0Rude employees who are children, they don’t care about their jobs. The Carne Asada had a bunch of chew “fat” pieces in it that were inedible. I went in today for a mother daughter treat with my 6 year old since, she wanted tacos so badly. I waited in line for quite some time even though there weren’t actually many customers ahead of me. There was one person making the food and one person checking people out. It was lunch time. They were SO slow. They put sour cream on my food — I’m lactose intolerant — I asked for some on the side (for my daughter), and they put it in my food. Then they didn’t even offer to remake it but said “oops”. They didn’t ask my daughter what side she wanted and handed us a gross looking tiny orange, no chips with the kids meal like they normally have. I ordered a drink, and their Diet Coke was running completely clear. Apparently they were fully out. That was pretty frustrating. I wouldn’t have eaten there had I known that. The teenager at the counter who refunded my drink lied to me and told me she was the general manager. Then when I asked for the managers card she basically threw it at me. I went to sit down after, and one of the rude children working behind the counter kept staring at me.
