  One of the freshest tastiest Chick-fil-A original sandwiches I've had. And the drive-through guy even helped me open up my straw because I have a hurt hand.

  Quality has slipped here for sure. I live next door and eat maybe twice a week. Last 4 orders have had issues. Random JALAPEÑOS in my sandwiches twice. Then two times in a row for car side pick up I waited twenty minutes before going in and asking for it from the counter. It never used to be like this at chick fil a

  Please improve your employee training for paying attn to special made orders. When an order specifies no cheese, it’s repeated back no cheese and the order is labeled then the employee bagging the order should double verify there is no cheese. Arriving home to eat and finding cheese on your sandwich is very annoying. Also, there are many other food chains that offer free sandwiches on a Bday. Jersey Mikes, Firehouse Subs, etc. You shouldn’t have to earn points to get a free dessert at Chick-fil-A. Improve your marketing so it’s more consumer friendly.

  This Chik-fil-a is very poorly run relative to other locations. Their wait times are consistently longer, and mistakes are more prone to occur with orders. Today I placed an order, and after waiting in the drive thru for an extended period received my food, but was missing a Cobb salad that I didn’t notice until I got home. I called the store and the woman I spoke with said they were unable to credit this missing item back to my card, but I could come by for the next 2 weeks and receive a “free Cobb salad.” It’s not free if I’ve already paid for it. This is a far cry from other locations, in Parker, they missed a sandwich from my order and when I called they were incredibly apologetic, and sent a driver to my house with not just my missing sandwich, but a dozen free cookies and several coupons for free sandwiches in the future. I wasn’t expecting that in this case, just a refund, which they could not do. The woman I spoke with identified her self as a manager, but was not trained on their policies, having to put me on hold to check and see what the options were, so not sure if this is indicative of overall Chik-fil-a policies, or just a lack of training / understanding on her part.
