  Bring a blanket and a microwave every time the food and lobby are freezing if you dont want customers inside just lock the door and run the drive threw

  The service was very slow, 15-20 min wait after ordering in store. Several people were complaining and one customer was so frustrated that he walked out before his food was ready. My wife left her new medication behind on a chair and to thier credit, they held it behind the counter. Unfortunately, when we called there to ask if they had found them, the lady said she was too busy to look out ask for them. Honesty people, just so slow I won't return to this spot.

  Taco Bell: Taking the fast out of fast food. Corporate clearly has a problem. Be prepared for 30+ minute waits. Be prepared to stare at butts while you eat as the whole place is packed with people hovering over your table trying to be polite as possible as they wait for their food. Be prepared to listen to the Door Dashers make snarky comments and even yell at employees as they wait 30-45 min for food. Short staffed restaurants clearly can't handle the online ordering, Door Dash, kiosk ordering and drive thru all at the same time. Employees are usually so swamped you never see them other than screaming out an occasional order name. The drive thru is faster than going inside but can be inconsistent.

  I unfortunately have not had the best experience at the sterling Taco Bell. I've been there twice and both times order is incorrect. Missing items to be specific. On a 30 minute lunch I do not have time to go back and get the items I'm missing. The employees are very nice every time I go but accuracy is key.

  Didn't heed the warnings others reviewer left, didnt check my order, missing crispy tacos, opened my burrito to see it was ripped up and just a mess, did not eat, my taco was super thin and my cantina bowl was ok after i removed what was edible, but the black beans looked like a dog got parvo on my food. Just not impressed after not going to this place in a long time, and to see it still cant get their people to pay attention to details.
