  At this moment they have a 3.1 on Google reviews. Why are they still in service? Not sure if the staff needs helps, but the customer service is very rude. When I checked in for my order and got this message I went to the intercom for assistance like the app said. Just did not like the rude service. Had to drive back to the stall to ask for help and got a lady with an attitude. Not sure why. But this was the worst service.

  They got the order wrong - they didn't repeat it back, and didn't care to fix the issue.

  We pulled through the drive through and there was 5 people in the car, we were ordering. In the middle of ordering my friend laughed at the mispronunciation of something. The lady talked through the intercom and said "y'all are laughing and stuff but we are very busy here." They then countined to have an attitude with my friend. The ladies were very rude and impolite at the window. To add the food took forever on top of everything else.

  Very slow. One worker took smoke break while we waited 15 min for our mobile order we had placed before we got there.
