    This might be the worst Taco Bell I have ever had. The prices are insane and although I’ve noticed shrinkflation at other fast food restaurants lately this is bordering on a complete scam.

    I placed my order through the app 15 minutes in advance and chose to pick it up inside the restaurant. When I arrived, there were nine other customers waiting, and not a single employee acknowledged anyone walking in. No greetings, no updates—just silence. Two DoorDash drivers had to chase down different employees to ask about their orders. One of them approached an employee at the computer, who refused to help because he was “about to go on break” and claimed he was no longer on the clock. He didn’t offer to find someone else or provide any assistance—he just walked away. There were six employees visible, three wearing headsets, and yet none of them engaged with customers. No one said hello, asked if we needed help, or showed any urgency. I waited inside for 15 minutes, and the atmosphere was completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, my order was wrong. Items were missing, substitutions were made without explanation, and I had to go back to the counter to get it fixed. Even then, the response was indifferent. What’s most concerning is that the general manager allows all of this to happen - even when she's there and sees no problems with this type of pathetic excuse for a restaurant. No leadership, no accountability, and no effort to improve the situation. If this is the standard being set, it reflects a serious issue with how this location is being run.

    This place sucks and sometimes you can hear the shift lead out front yelling over the phone. Would say thanks for dinner and a show but we left.
