To recap 20 minutes from payment process to me having to leave or be late for work, didnt get what I paid for (essentially robbed). I understand I gotta wait my turn but it shouldn't take 20+ minutes to bring someone their order. The point of ordering ahead is to be able to pay, pick up, head out.

I Cut my hand on the toilet paper dispenser a month ago and the manager has done nothing to fix the hazard. They dont even have a bathroom checklist. The store manager is rude and angry, ive ran restaurants, my specialty is customer service and human behavior and she runs an awful store. The shift managers like Caleb and Florencia and staff like Karla and Jesse and Taylin are awesome but how this store manager is employed is beyond words.
