We ordered through the drive-thru told them to make the food a certain way. They were confused. We tried explaining it to them. They acted like they knew what we were saying. We got up to the window and I wanted to clarify that things were correct and he said yes. We pulled out and checked our food and we had 1/3 of our order wrong. We went inside to have it fixed. I waited half an hour for them to fix our food. He had to come back to me three times to ask what I needed. I seen many other customers in there. Either not know which food was theirs because of how the service was ran. There is no one there who spoke well enough English to understand many of the other customers. It seemed like no one. There was a manager nor were they trained very well. They were getting their orders wrong and we're not confident on whose food was whose. Will not go there again.
