Outstanding service! David absolutely went above and beyond during my visit. When there was an issue with my payment , he didn’t hesitate he personally covered the cost of my food. His kindness and professionalism truly made my day. Employees like David are the reason I’ll keep coming back!

I’ve had numerous complaints and gripes with the staff and food quality until sometime recently. I heard the McDonald’s had some new hires and I can say that whoever at McDonald’s decided to hire the new staff specifically a man I met his name is David. David and the other new hires have been uplifting the steamboat McDonald’s to new heights.

No one does it like David at McDonald’s. This man is the definition of dedication the fries hit different when he’s on shift, the burgers come out golden, and the service is smoother than a fresh milkshake. David moves with precision, speed, and pride, turning every order into a masterpiece. He doesn’t just work at McDonald’s he runs it like it’s his own empire. Whether it’s 6 a.m. breakfast rush or midnight drive-thru chaos, David keeps the energy up, the crew locked in, and the customers smiling. If there were a Hall of Fame for fast food legends, David would be first ballot.

We come from Chicago passed by and the manger on 11/08/25 at 9:40 pm with a pink shirt was rude and unprofessional he gave us a Carmel frappe w no caramel and pink whip cream saying that’s a caramel frappe I also ordered a popping tropical refresher that’s supposed to come with strawberry burst and he claimed that it’s not supposed to over all gave us attitude and didn’t like the visit they need took 15 min for my drink w medium fries
