Yesterday evening my daily double head plastic in it. Roma tomatoes are fine but they're not consistent with the photograph of the food. For the price of the McDonald's do much better for what you get . They don't seem to take customer service seriously. And quite often the cleanliness of the restaurant is a lot to leaves a lot to be desired! Also a link to share your customer service experience with a service team just reinforces the lack of care for customer service. Very sad they cannot leave a personalized response to complaints!!

Food was gross felt like it was picked up from trash. Fries should be crispy but those were soft and stalled. 3. Ordered DINE IN, not TOGO as you can see they bring us food in the bag. ( there was another table with tray dining in) paid extra for dining in tho. First time in Steamboat Springs , maybe it just me expecting more from a mcdonalds in a small town. I had a better experience in other even smaller town than that. Never coming again thanks

Also, be warned that the staff does not answer the store phone to be able to correct orders.

Took forever and couldnt even get our order right. Don't bother trying to call to complain, it'll only ring and ring. The link the "owner" is responding to reviews on here with literally is broken. Be wary when going here, its a mess.
