  Amazing dinner at E3 Chophouse today! We were greeted by a young man who was super polite and quickly sat us. It was quite loud but props to our server Enrique who was amazing! Amazing food, steak was slightly overcooked.

  I don’t leave reviews hardly ever and we are extremely laid back about service and food most of the time but hoping this can help for future. 1 star is gracious after our experience tonight . Very disappointed all around. Service was awful, our waitress came to our table maybe 3-4 times and was extremely short with us while joking around and visiting other tables. Food had no flavor with everything we ordered , was very bland and the lights kept being turned off and on. My husband and I have been coming to E3 for at least 4 years and it has always been our go to and absolute favorite for any special occasion, date night, celebration and the only restaurant we choose to come to Steamboat to eat at and we recommend almost everyone that comes to town. For a $400 meal really expected more regardless of service. Bacon wrapped dates were burnt. Crab legs were way over done and flavorless, “butter” was basically hot oil , and lobster Mac n cheese was dry noodles with a couple chunks of lobster. We can eat twice the quality of food for half the price in Maybell. What a shame this is with a restaurant we’ve made many great memories at. We definitely won’t be back or recommend anyone.

  had dinner Saturday night (1-31) with a big group. Had a nice table and service was good. To a man...we all thought the steaks were below average or not good. I think I could have grabbed packaged steaks at City market and grilled them inside on my skillet and it would have tasted better and had less gristle. Have been to this restaurant 5-6x over the last 4 years and usually I have been very happy but feels like they are purchasing lower quality prime meat. Honestly, probably one of the worst steaks i have had in many years. I am spoiled living in Chicago and doing a lot of business in Dallas but I know the steaks I buy and cook are far superior to what was served.

  Great experience! Our server was very attentive, the atmosphere was very welcoming, and the food was top-notch. If you’re looking for an appetizer, the bacon wrapped dates are the best I’ve ever had! & I’m not normally a steak gal, but the filet was melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. Highly recommend!

  We had the BEST time at E3 tonight! Daniel provided the most amazing service and made our first experience here 10/10!! We started with martini's and bacon wrapped dates. I split the crab cakes and 8oz filet - WONDERFUL! The other people in our party ordered the lamb chops, brussel sprouts, and mac n cheese. We all stated it was our favorite meal since we have been in Steamboat! Can't wait to come back!!
