You absolutely have to get the truffle fries and the short rib! They have an extensive beverage menu, you can't go wrong.

Beautiful restaurant in the Viceroy Snowmass. We had a fairly big group and the restaurant is large so they were able to accommodate us. Will go back for the Angry Tuna Roll!

We surprised with this restaurant, I'm glad we didn't care about the review. Delicious, tasty food and quality service. We ordered ceviche, tuna roll and octopus. We'll definitely come back

We were really looking forward to having dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel where we were staying, but unfortunately, we were not accommodated. As hotel guests, we expected at least some effort to make space for us. The hotel itself may be fine, but the lack of accommodation from the restaurant staff left us frustrated and inconvenienced. Hospitality should extend to guests staying on the property, and sadly, that wasn’t our experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how situations like this are handled in the future.
