  This place is has rude and incompetent people working. Check your entire order- somehow they messed up 2 different things in my order and they had to bring out the receipt so I could show them what I ordered vs what I received.

  Their junior bacon cheese burger is the smallest burger in fast food industry…disappointed. And we waited for 30 min for our food along with the rest of the people. Lack of staff, organization and speed. Not coming here again.

  I had points in the app I wanted to redeem for a sandwich. When my order was taken I let her know I wanted to use my points for a crispy chicken sandwich and she didn't add the item. No big deal, but what is is that when I pointed this out she immediately put on an attitude and got defensive, and said that it had to be put on the order for it to go through. I explicitly let her know I was using points AND for what item. What am I supposed to do, walk behind the kiosk and push the button myself? It is absolutely on the one ringing up the order to add the item and to act like it's my fault that SHE did not do so is highly unprofessional and doesn't even make sense. This wouldn't have even been an issue if the self-order kiosks were working. All three of them unfortunately were not operational. This means that the only way to use my points was for it to be scanned at the POS. Unfortunately, their registers wouldn't scan the QR code that you have to scan to use these points! So after the frustration of having to put up with the anti-customer service of the staff of this location, there was no way for me to even redeem my sandwich! I was visiting from out of town, but there are obviously locations at home and experiences like this highly discourage me from visiting Wendy's at all when this is the 'baseline' for how my experience will be. I come to enjoy a meal, not leave frustrated.

  We stopped for a burger. Tasty with fries & a help yourself drink. Great location with great views of the mountains. Rebecca was very helpful & friendly.
