    Total rip off. The carne asada is cheap, chewy, and overpriced. I waited for the fresh batch but it still looked and tasted like it had been sitting in the bin all day. What a bummer & total waste of $27.00

    Ordered through the website. Waited 45 minutes to be contacted and told they see my order but not the contents. Sent someone a photo with my ordered and waited another 30. To get another call and told they’re closing and not going to make my food. Took another 25 minutes to get it canceled. Not only was my time wasted but multiple people wasted time attempting to pick up the order. Now have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund

    Easily the most disappointing Chipotle I've ever been too. Honestly, the owner needs to take a look at the entire cast of employees and restart. They are hilariously slow, inept, and rude. If there was any other Chipotle in 20 miles, I would go there instead.
