  We came hear 3 times this week. Each time we had to wait over 30 min. This is the only Dutch Bros in the area that is like this. They have 2 lanes but have had 1 closed and there is no option to leave once you get in line so you are stuck waiting for the 30-45 minutes. Highly recommend just going to wads and Bowles location. You could make it there and back by the time you get one drink at this location.

  I’ve come to the Dutch Bros at least three times a week since it opened. I have never waited 45 minutes for a drink. Not only that, but when I arrived to the window, no one greeted me or anything. She just handed me my drink, no straw.. The employees were just socializing while one or two people made drinks with a line that wrapped around the block. I sat in line from 4:55pm to 5:40pm

  Continued updated 3/8/26: I’m upset because I have to wait additional time, longer than someone who went in to the “shorter” lane and is now waiting for less time than me, then they get in front of me and another vehicle, continuing to prolong my wait. Do better at monitoring who’s next in line. If you’re going to do this outside ordering and double lanes, it may be worth reaching out to the Chick-Fil-A for tips. Update 3/8/26 9:00am: what is the both of having both lanes open if you only have one person taking orders? Sooooooo slooooooow. I tend to wait 10-15 minutes total at this location. Arrived at 8:30am, just now leaving at 8:41. Tone down the fake nice customer service and focus on making coffee.

  I had a terrible morning and literally broke down mid sentence while talking to the girl working today that was taking orders (around 9am ish). She was so kind and made my long drive home a bit more bearable. The other worker at the window was very kind as well. I really value establishments with great workers! 10/10 will come back :)

  This is my favorite Dutch Bros location! The staff here are always friendly, kind, and most of all, efficient. I really enjoy coming here before work or on my lunch break because Dutch Bros has good coffee while being more cost effective than other chain coffee shops. Also, shoutout to Collin N., who is a manager there! Collin is stellar—always accommodating and very pleasant to chat with. Thank you all for being one of the more efficient Dutch Bros locations!
