  Very bad service in pickup order and very bad employee name he is name Thad let me waiting 20 minutes order receive 7:04 and I get order 7:54 Because I'm asking him 2 times im going reporting for this employee

  We got sat quick and then... nothing. We apparently entered the Bermuda Triangle of service. It took forever to get our order taken, then even longer for drinks, food, and the tab. And the beer we ordered never even showed up, it must still be in customs. The waitress kept disappearing like she was auditioning for a magic show. When she was around, she stood next to us at the computer screen fidgeting with 1 single tab for 10-15 min like it was the Da Vinci Code. She could barely stand up straight, looked completely strung out, and somehow management just watched like it was totally normal. If you want slow service, missing drinks, and a front row seat to the "Breaking Bad: Server Edition" spinoff, this is your spot. Otherwise, save yourself the headache.

  i looked through these comments & seen some similar situations that i just experienced at this location. i happen to be a white/mexican woman & wanted to come eat here w/ my boyfriend. we were sat immediately, ordered an appetizer, ice waters & 2 cocktails. after waiting a few minutes, we were greeted by a manager (skylar) who claimed my boyfriend (who happens to be a black man) was "over a legal limit of marijuana consumption" & also claimed that only he would not receive his cocktail. when i asked my waiter (nick) why they were assuming he was the only consumer they didn't have an answer for me. NEVER going back to that location. I will be doing my research on the company as a whole.

  I used to go to this location very often, not anymore, the hosstes was with her friends just talking, they saw us didn't care, when finally came just ask, how many? Took my party to a table wich floor was so dirty, she doubt for a second anyway put the menus on the table and she said that my waitress will be there in a minute...we just went out...what happened with this restaurant?

  I’ve been a loyal Buffalo Wild Wings customer for years, but the River Point location has consistently been disappointing. Despite the restaurant being half empty, we were told there would be a 15-minute wait because the servers needed to “catch up.” We chose to sit at the bar instead, where only a few guests were seated, yet the bartender was absent for nearly 15 minutes. This location appears to be very poorly managed compared to other Bdubs I’ve visited. If this weren’t a national chain, I’m confident it would have closed long ago.
