- NNNinjaFox1 day ago5.0Employees are always very nice, drinks and food always taste amazing, and overall I always have a good experience. Today in specific, I didn’t get his name, but the employee with the blue shirt and hat was very polite, very understanding, and gave incredible service, even at 80 degrees in the sun. This has been a great place to stop by on the way to work and I highly recommend for anyone who wants a quick drink or snack.

I found a menu packed with sugary energy drinks. Drive throughs are not my preference, and I went to the walk up window. After waiting in the cold, I finally recieved my cup of hot, tasty coffee. The server was kind enough to apologize for the delay. I had not installed an app on my phone so I could not place my order ahead of time. Maybe next time.

See picture for missing chocolate chips and a lot of ice. Maybe if the employee spent less time flirting it would of been made right ordered on March 29th 2026 at 8:50am. I want a refund ruined my morning with this BS.
- KHKristian HartMar 17, 20262.0Ive had a couple of very nice interactions with baristas here! But it seems that the wait time keeps getting worse. I got there around 5:40am today with about 6 or so cars ahead of me. Only one lane open, no one coming out to take orders. I had seen a couple of cars get out of line and leave while I was still waiting to order. When I got to the window, there’s 5 people in there. Two just having a conversation and one just standing there. I didn’t leave until after 6am. And I only ordered one drink. It’s super disappointing, and will definitely be switching coffee shops if the wait time continues, because the convenience factor isn’t there.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
