As a dude in his forties I tend to feel a sense of shame about eating fast food. Why am I doing this to myself? Why do I still eat like a teenager? One treat I keep coming back to though is the Sonic cheeseburger. You could go to a dine in restaurant and spend twice what you pay at Sonic for a burger that doesn't taste quite as good. Something about the way all the condiments work together with the lettuce, tomato, and onions always makes eating a Sonic burger highly enjoyable. Those onions are fierce too, don't leave a burger wrapper in your car overnight or your vehicle will reek the next day. Overall the price is right and quality is consistent which keeps me coming back.
Can’t seem to listen or get an order right!! I have order several times in the last month and not one order has been to what we’ve asked. And if you try and go back through line expect to wait serval minutes!! My opinion just find a local burger place. Same wait times but better food anywhere but here

This is the worst sonic I have ever gone too. The workers were so rude.. I did a mobile order and Dani said she needed proof because it was not letting me check in on app being my location was too far away. She then made me wait at the window and started taking orders out to the cars behind me. She tossed the bag at me while handing my order. Very unprofessional behavior and she looked very unclean and had stuff on her nose. I won’t be returning. I wish I could give this place zero stars

I had one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had at this Sonic location. We waited over an hour for our food, and when it finally came out, the entire order was wrong.
While ordering, I noticed on the screen that items did not look correct and tried to politely correct Zackery. Instead of listening, he responded with an attitude. When we checked the food before leaving, half of it was incorrect. They attempted to “fix” it, but brought out the wrong order again.
Zackery came outside and explained that they had recently fired several employees and were short staffed. We told him we understood and were willing to be patient. However, while we continued waiting for something as simple as a kids hamburger, we watched multiple families receive their food and leave.
After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I went to ask for an update. Zackery told me he could not fix our order for another hour and that his general manager instructed him to tell us that. They ultimately refused to correct the order, shorted us drinks, and did not provide a refund for the incorrect or missing items.
To make matters worse, he also refused to provide the phone number to reach the general manager when I asked for it.
Mistakes happen, especially when short staffed, but poor communication, attitude, refusal to fix the issue, and refusing to offer a refund or contact information for management is completely unacceptable. This was by far the most ridiculous customer service experience I have had.

ordered 5 tenders and a ranch and only got 3 tenders with no ranch, and the carhop left with our receipt. buzzed in to let them know, and they said they’d get us the tenders but that we didn’t pay for the ranch. we told them we did and they laughed at us and tried to charge us anyways. waited at least ten minutes and they only brought the ranches to us. we let them know that we were still waiting for missing tenders and it took them another 20 minutes to make the two tenders.
